Being healthy is very important to me. This past year, I’ve spent a lot of time with my yoga instructor, Ella, on further developing my practice. This has truly become a part of my daily routine, and I want to share a series of our workouts with you spotlighting how each practice can help you learn the power of your own strength, muscles and how your body can work.
Yoga is such a beneficial addition to your exercise routine. It has been a great help in centering my mind and has realigned my focus throughout the day! It slows me down when everything in life feels like it’s going too fast. Yoga also takes discipline, endurance and time. Once you get the hang of it, I promise you won’t be able to stop learning and growing. I hope these workouts are as helpful for you, as they are for me!
